The Category Creator
We launched air-dried fruit crisps in the UK over a decade ago. Whole fruit, whole veg — washed, sliced, slowly air-dried. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
Made in Kent
Our BRC AA-accredited Sittingbourne facility processes 800 tonnes a year and is 100% allergen-free. Around 60% of what we process comes from British farmers.
Zero food waste — for real
Zero food waste isn't a marketing line for us. It's our operating model. We process surplus produce that would otherwise be ploughed back or wasted.
Naturally good
Vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar, no preservatives. Just food, done properly — exactly as nature intended, only with the water removed.

From a garage in London to a King's Award in Kent
Nim's was founded by Nimisha Raja, who wanted a snack that was 100% natural — no additives, no preservatives, nothing she couldn't recognise. She couldn't find one, so she made it herself.
She didn't know it at the time, but she was creating a category. Air-dried fruit crisps weren't a thing before Nim's launched.
Today we're based in Kent, hold a King's Award for Enterprise (2023), and Nimisha received an MBE the same year for services to the food industry. The business has also been recognised with the Kent Business Award for MHA Sustainability & ESG Business of the Year 2023 for our zero food waste operating model.
