Nim's makes air-dried drinks garnishes, fruit crisps and veg crisps from a single ingredient: the fruit or vegetable itself. No additives, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

Founded by Nimisha Raja and made in Kent, our range covers cocktail garnishes, botanicals, powders, edible teas, fruit crisps and veg crisps. Everything is produced in our BRC AA accredited, 100% allergen-free factory in the Garden of England, and in 2023 we received the King's Award for Enterprise.

Zero food waste isn't a marketing line here. It's how we operate. We work directly with British farmers to use their surplus harvests, air-drying fruit that would otherwise go to waste and turning it into drinks garnishes and crisps.
